I'm an agent who manages and connects athletes I coach a team (like soccer, basketball, or another sport). I coach individual athletes (like a personal trainer).

What challenges do you face as an agent?

Connecting them with specific experts. Managing their training plans from afar. Helping them improve their skills quickly. Difficulty discovering new prospects

Giving clear feedback to every player. Making sure every player gets the right help. Knowing what each player needs to work on. Time constraints (i.e. difficult to help every player) All of the above!

What challenges do you face as a personal trainer?

I can only coach people locally. I don't have packages and offerings set up (or don't know how to). It's hard to market to new clients. I don't have enough time to find new clients. All of the above!

What is most important to you when it comes to sports training?

Helping athletes improve at their sport. Making training easy to do from anywhere. Having visual aids and interactive tools to break down videos. Expanding reach with prospective coaches and athletes Something else
